dr. Dóra Tuczai, LL.M. (Berlin) attorney
dr. Dóra Tuczai had provided legal advice to international real estate investment companies in the field of real estate law and construction law for nearly a decade. Currently, she gives legal support to multiple Hungarian small and medium enterprises operating in the building industry and the service industry in the course of projects related to real estate investment and developments and construction law, as well as when making general business decisions.
She finished her legal studies at the Faculty of Law at ELTE in Budapest, and obtained an LL.M. diploma from the Humboldt University in Berlin. During her stay in Germany, she gained experience in a Berlin law office, and then continued her career in an international law office in Hungary. Dr. Dóra Tuczai founded her law office in 2004, and she has also been a member of the Hungarian-German Lawyers’ Association ever since.

dr. Csongor Buzády, LL.M. (Berlin) attorney, specialist lawyer
Dr. Csongor Buzády has exceptional experience in arranging the Hungarian establishment of foreign enterprises and in the field of cross-border company acquisitions. His clients include numerous foreign enterprises. He has specialised in investment and corporate financing work since 2014. His areas of expertise also include corporate legal disputes and the protection of minority shareholders, as well as the effective solution of multi-party disputes.
He lived in and graduated from secondary school is Munich. He completed his legal studies at the Faculty of Law of ELTE in Budapest, while he obtained his LL.M. diploma in Berlin at the Humboldt University. He teaches various aspects of company law regularly in the framework of the Budapest Bar Association’s continuous professional development programme

dr. Jesszika Udvari attorney
Dr. Jesszika Udvari provides consultancy, mainly to small and medium enterprises and international financial enterprises with an international ownership background, which employ 200 to 700 employees. In course of her consultancy, her main focuses are optimising internal HR processes, internal labour law due diligence procedures and updating HR documentation and pay structure, as well as consultancy and documentation related to the entry into effect of the GDPR.
She finished her legal studies at the Faculty of Law of ELTE in Budapest. She further developed her professional knowledge at the Humboldt University in Berlin, and through the courses of the Berlin Freie Universität. She started her career in the law office operating beside Arthur Andersen. She has been an independent attorney since 2003.
She has been an active participant in the activity of the Hungarian-German Lawyers’ Association since 2004, of which she has been a vice-chairman since 2016.
